Our story

Baked with heart since 2012

In a tiny cottage with a wood-fired hearth, we began mixing flour, water, and wild yeast. Today, our bakery still hums with the same rhythm — slow rises, hand-shaped loaves, and the scent of honey and butter drifting through the door.

Every pastry tells a story of heritage grains, local butter, and the warmth of a sunlit counter.

“Their cinnamon roll changed my understanding of what a cinnamon roll can be. Brown butter glaze? Pure genius.”

— Marcus T.

“Hearth & Flour feels like stepping into a storybook. The smell, the warmth, the flour on the counter — it’s magic.”
